How do you package vinyl records for shipping?

We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. For high-value or fragile items, we use double-boxing and bubble wrap to ensure your records arrive in mint condition.

What is your return policy for opened media?

We accept returns within 30 days for defective items. Please note that for non-defective items, we can only accept returns if the record remains in its original factory-sealed shrink wrap.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

How do you grade the condition of your used records?

We follow the Goldmine Standard for grading. Each used record is visually inspected and, in most cases, play-tested to ensure the grading (from Poor to Near Mint) is accurate.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
